How we got here:
TC Hayles & Company was founded in 2003 because we believe that there are few things more fulfilling in life than building a great company.  Our purpose is to find underachieving companies or unfulfilled ideas and support them with both capital and with great leaders who want to share their purpose and passion with those around them.

Our experience:
Our experience comes from being entrepreneurs and operators.  We are long term investors who like to get our hands dirty and help.  We believe in building companies that are going to be around for a long time.  Along the way, we expect to build great friendships with our partners and have a lot of fun.

What we invest in:
It will be unlikely that anyone will find us investing in a cutting edge new technology or potential breakthroughs in the health sciences.  Rather, we prefer the "low tech" industry where superior execution and customer service become the roadmap to success.  Typically, investing significantly in building a customized, proprietary software system is what provides our teams with the extra advantage to achieve their purpose.
